  • Refund Eligibility:

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company. Products are unique, printed to order, and as a result, are non-refundable, except in cases where they are damaged or defective.   • Conditions for Return:

Our return policy covers misprinted, damaged, and defective items. Claims for such issues must be filed within 30 days from the date you received the product. In the unfortunate event of a lost package during transit, claims must be lodged within four 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

  • Resolution Process:

Upon receiving your claim, Akii Maps will conduct a thorough investigation with our production partner. If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or if any printing errors are identified, we will facilitate either a refund or a replacement for your product.

  • User Responsibility:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to prevent any delivery mishaps. In cases where an incorrect address leads to non-delivery, users will be responsible for providing the correct address and covering the associated reshipping costs, which may include both product and shipping expenses.
